Shop Elyss is an independent online store as an extension of http://www.elyssdaya.com and is owned by Elyss Daya. We are committed to offering the highest quality level of services that will satisfy our customers. Handmade products that are sold like lyric sheets will vary in design.

3.1 DISCLAIMER

Shop Elyss does not physically produce its own merchandise product(s) as we rely on a UK manufacturer. The only control Shop Elyss have are creative illustrative designs and the sales of digital music.

ELYSS EXCLUSIVE REWARDS

We often run online competitions under Elyss Exclusive on Instagram on behalf of Elyss Daya. These items are free and are not eligible for exchange, refund or return delivery. The winner or winners will be directly contacted by Elyss Exclusive or Elyss Daya.

3.2 DELIVERY

We offer free delivery in the United Kingdom. Deliveries may arrive between 1-5 days in the UK. Items that are made to order are fulfilled and delivered within two weeks of confirming your order. International deliveries may vary between 2-3 weeks. Orders have tracking numbers on confirmation emails.

Please note that we can not accept responsibility for any failure on the part of any courier or delivery service used to deliver goods, nor can we accept any consequential loss incurred by the customer by any action or inaction on the part of Shop Elyss or any agent acting on behalf of http://www.elyssdaya.com

3.3 RETURNS

Shop Elyss intends to produce high-quality products and each is quality checked. We cannot accept returns unless items are

faulty
or do not match the order
